General Data Processing Information

Affected data:

Personal data will only be collected if you voluntarily provide it to us. Beyond that, no personal data is collected. Any processing of your personal data beyond the scope of the statutory permissions will only take place on the basis of your explicit consent.

Execution of contracts, including offers, orders, sales and invoicing, quality assurance. In addition, we use the data to improve the application.

Each time the application is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

 

The following data is collected:

  5. Date and time and duration of access
  6. Websites from which the user's system reaches our website
  7. Websites accessed by the user's system through our website
  8. Domain name of your Internet access provider

  12. Response time of the requested services

 

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

 

 

Purpose of data processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must be stored for the duration of the session.

The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the application. In addition, we use the data to optimize the app and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. In this context, the data is not evaluated for marketing purposes. For these purposes, we also have a legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

 

Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or altered so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling client.

 

Possibility of objection and removal

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the application. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

Email delivery via Twilio SendGrid

As a myPERI user, you will be informed about various topics by e-mail. In doing so, we access the following information:

  • E-mail address
  • Company Information
  • Project information (construction project)

 

For this purpose, the communication platform SendGrid is connected to myPERI as a processor. The purpose is to inform users about the following topics:

  • Setting up your accounts
  • Password Changes
  • Technical Drawings Notifications
  • Notifications of changes to the portal

 

For the processing of the data, your consent will be obtained as part of the registration process and reference will be made to the terms of use and privacy policy . The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR if the user has given his consent. The data you enter will remain stored by us until you contact us with a corresponding message. The following data is processed:

  • Validation of the e-mail address
  • When the email was opened
  • Click on links

 

The data will be used to improve and optimize the means of communication in order to ensure the best possible experience for you. After seven days, they are automatically anonymized.

You can object to the use of your above-mentioned personal data by sending e-mails at any time at: portal@peri.com. Since the myPERI platform is technically dependent on the sending of these e-mails, an objection means that the platform can no longer be used by the person concerned.

For the implementation of this PERI application, we work together with various service providers. This PERI application uses the video platform YouTube, which is operated by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 in USA. YouTube is a platform that allows the playback of audio and video files.

When you access a page of our website, the YouTube player integrated there establishes a connection to YouTube in order to ensure the technical transmission of a video or an audio file. When you connect to YouTube, your connection data is transmitted to YouTube for the purpose of playing a video or audio file.

Google Analytics

Use of Google Analytics

This Application uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and transfer

If the legal requirements are met, you have the right to request information from us about personal data concerning you or data processing (Art. 15 GDPR), correction, deletion and restriction of personal data concerning you or data processing (Art. 16 to 18 GDPR) and transfer of personal data concerning you (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right of revocation
